Oregon Fruit Loop Horseback Ride
The Hood River Valley is renowned for its diverse family-owned cherry, peach, pear and apple orchards, as well as its burgeoning wine grape growing farms. The Fruit Loop horseback ride is a taste of the Hood River countryside. Meander alongside luscious ripening berries, cherry, and pear orchards, into the dappled shade of giant Spruce trees, then time permitting, down to the banks along the rushing Hood River. Annual highlights: April – blossoms, blossoms, beautiful blossoms! July – cherries. September – pear harvest. October – apple harvest. Year-round – gorgeous views! Feel free to bring a sack lunch and enjoy a picnic on this Fruit Loop trail ride. We also recommend you bring a little spending money in case the farm stands are open!
